2. Nature of the Product
Each item offered by FlakesCustoms is a custom-painted product, made entirely based on your request. Whether you provide your own item or choose from our available options, the painting is tailored to your specifications, making it a personalized artistic service.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once the painting process has started. Custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold to others.
However, if you wish to cancel your order, you may request a refund only if the painting process has not yet started. To request cancellation before production begins, please contact us immediately at:

4. Production Time
All products require 7 to 10 business days to be completed, depending on complexity and order volume. You will be notified once your item is ready for shipping.

Customer’s desired courier. Customer must contact Flakes Customs to inform about his desired courier.
Estimated delivery time after completion is 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.
Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
